All unsoundness must be announced from the auction block or the horse will be considered sound and guaranteed to be that way.

 

All horses subject to blood testing.

 

Buyers – check your horses before purchasing and going to the office to pay.

 

All horses are sold as represented in the ring.

 

Brood mares sold in foal may be checked at the buyers expense and if open, may be rejected.

 

Brood mares sold as “exposed” are not subject to exam.

 

Any disputes shall be settled before the horse leaves the premises.

 

All horses to be sold with halter and rope.

 

Consignor checks issued in three (3) business days.

 

Feed & yardage fee $10.00/ horse.

 

Negative coggins papers required.
